When?Infrastructure Manager?receives an abnormal amount of events it will put itself automatically into a ?pink warning? state. IM will at this point start to ignore events simply in order to be somewhat responsive and not freeze totally.
?
Infrastructure Manager?response is not directly related to actual tunnel connections - tunnel can very well be connected while you see hubs going red in IM.
?
Take the following steps to?
?
- On your Windows machine where you use Infra Manager(IM) open registry editor(using regedit command)?
?
- Browse to following key:?
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Nimbus Software\NimBUS Manager\Options?
?
- Change "LogLevel" value to 5
- Exit registry editor?
?
- Now, in Infra Manager, click View->Message Window?
- Now in message window in Infra Manager, right click and select Show Trace?
* Right click again un-check Hide Events?
* Right click again un-check Hide Events
?
Use Infra Manager as you would normally do, please get following log files from D:\Program Files\Nimsoft\AC\logs\ (your path may be different) to the case after you have used IM for few hours and when you have experienced false alarms for remote hubs:

nimbus_manager.log?
_nimbus_manager.log
?
?
This will be a good starting point to see where IM is failing.
