SLA Reports - Scheduled Reports - No Reports after changing the DB name.

UIM database name has been changed and no SLA reports are generated anymore, even though data_engine has been updated with the new database name.


What Actions do I have to execute to resolve this issue?


When you have already configured many SLA reports and for some reason you need to change the UIM DB name you must execute this procedures:

Open the wasp using Raw Configure.

Click setup on the left panel.

Click connection.

Click Edit Key.

Remove the value on the connection key - set it to a blank value.

Deactive wasp probe

Deactive  sla_engine probe

Active wasp probe

Active sla_engine probe

The new DB name will propagate to the sla_engine configuration.

After execute this steps open the SLM

go to SLA reports.

Right click on the reports

Click recalculate.

Wait around 30 minutes

After this steps the SLA Reports will be regenerated.
