SLA Report - Showing Missing Data

Issue:

Customer created numerous new SLA reports and they are all fine apart from one that shows "Missing data".

Looking at the QoS the data is there, but not been picked up properly.

Environment:
UIM 8.5.1
Cause:

The SLA profile does not have a timezone specified for its compliance period. 

Resolution:

Customer added a timezone parameter to the compliance period for that SLA profile so that next reports are properly generated. 

To get last period reports, recalculate each of your SLAs making sure you check the ""Create historic data"" option and you should be able to generate your reports. 

Additional Information:

time/date/timezone for the UMP, UIM Server, and database server hosting the UIM database must all be the same.
