Single Sign into Jasper is not working for some users

Issue:
After enabling Jasper Single Sign  On  (SSO) some users can sign in successfully while others cannot.
Cause:
This is caused by usernames that have special characters in them.
Resolution:
Special characters in usernames are not currently supported as of 10.2.3 and Jasper 6.3/6.4.2.
The workaround is to rename those user IDs to not have the special character in them.
