Is it possible for TPX to put a * or any other character in the password field as it is typed?
This question is to help users count the number of characters that they have entered in the suppressed password field before they hit enter.
Since this is 3270, there is no way to implement this from the TPX perspective.
However, the TN3270 'client' should allow the cursor to show in the field as underscore where you are typing.
if you have the underscore [OUTLINE(u)] for the non-display attribute on the LOGO screen, you can remove it to see the cursor, rather than blanks.
