Should identified ports (7500, 7598, 7599) be opened on the firewall for the CA Workload Automation Desktop Client?

Solution:

The identified ports (7500, 7598, and 7599) are listening ports on CA Workload Automation server side.

  • Desktop Client port (default: 7500)
  • RMI Export port (default: 7598)
  • RMI Registry port (default: 7599)

All ports should be opened on CA Workload Automation Desktop Client side.
