I have a requirement to delete a file from SFTP site after downloading. I don't find an option to run commands in sftp jobs like we had in ftp jobs.
CA Workload Automation DE (dSeries)
This is an enhancement after DE r11.3 SP3 release.
This feature is available in DE and Desktop Client 11.3 SP3-Build 1406 and higher releases.

Deleting Source Files and Directories After Transferring Files Using SFTP Jobs
You can delete the local source files (if uploading) after they are uploaded from the agent computer or the remote source files (if downloading) after they are downloaded from the remote SFTP server. Optionally, you can delete the directory containing the source files. If the directory is not empty or if it contains files other than source files, you cannot delete the directory.
Note: For more information about SFTP jobs, see Define an SFTP Job.
