Set and Clear SANM scripts not working correctly for vPC Manager sending email with attachement ATT00001.bin

Issue:
Set and Clear SANM scripts correctly work for all other alarms. When vPC manager produces an alarm, Spectrum gets an e-mail with an attachment (ATT00001.bin) instead of the text.
Environment:
CA Spectrum 10.2.x running on Linux
 
Cause:

Due to non-US-ASCII or non-printable characters, processes the input, it correctly sets the MIME type to application/octet-stream when non-US-ASCII or non-printable characters are present.

Resolution:
Please run the following command from the $SPECROOT/SS/CsVendor directory on all Spectrum systems to convert the files from dos text to unix text.:

file * | grep CRLF | awk -F : '{print $1 }'`; do dos2unix $i; done

Restart the alarm notifier:

A defect has been created to address this issue in a future release of Spectrum/
