After upgrading SystemEDGE agent the Service Availability plugin Service Response tests are not showing data. All reports for all metrics show "No Data Available" messages. The tests show as Not Present instead of Active.

Many tests were missing from the svcrsp.cf file.
After finding a copy of the original svcrsp.cf file on the system and putting it in place in the agents plugins directory, followed by restarting the agent led to successful rediscovery of Active state Service Response Tests that are being polled successfully.
It was also observed that the 'Avg. Response Time' metric for the Vendor Certification named "SystemEDGE Response Path" is not polled/collected and has no expression. This was an oversight by engineering. A new updated cert will be issued to resolve this, matching the expression used in eHealth with that in CA Performance Management.
