Service Performance Manager tests are not removed from file

When removing tests under service performance manager, don't remove entries from configuration file under sysedge machine.  


System Edge, any version working with Spectrum Service Performance Manager


Manual entries added to file. 


All tests managed under Spectrum OneClick console - that is, created and afterwards deleted under the console - will be cleaned up under file. 

However, all manual interactions made under this file, will not work when managed by Spectrum.

That is, if the test is created under Spectrum OneClick console, you will be able to remove it using OneClick console and this entry will be removed from file. If it's manually added under file and removed using OneClick console, this entry will not be removed from file.

Tests manually added to the file must be manually removed.
