Service Manager link not updated in AWI after update to 12.2

Issue:
After updating the Agent's .ini file and restarting the Agent, the Phrase, Name, and Port are NOT updated and the, "Service Manager - Link Agent to Service Manager," box is not checked in the Agent object via the AWI. Each Agent is required to be updated manually. 
Cause:
There is a new parameter in the Client 0 variable UC_SYSTEM_SETTINGS - SMGR_SUPPORT_LEGACY_SECURITY which has two options: "Y" or "N."
Resolution:
If this parameter is set to "Y", it can inhibit the ability to automatically populate these fields. This parameter is set to "N" by default, and changing it to N should allow the next Agent connection to update as expected.
