Issue:
A Service manager has been successfully installed on both the primary and the secondary server for an active-active configuration. However, adding the host name of the secondary server to the "Computer Name" section of the service manager does not work.

The service manager dialog .ini (UCYBSMDi.ini) looks something similar to this:

[HOST-Name List]
Host01=ExampleHost1
LastName=ExampleHost1
LastDest=Automic
Host02=
Host03=ExampleHost2
Host04=ExampleHost3

Cause:
Blank host parameters in between hosts will cause all latter host names not to display correctly in the SMD's "Computer Name" drop down.
Resolution:
Removing the blank and changing around the name should allow the user to view all the hosts. From the example:

[HOST-Name List]
Host01=ExampleHost1
LastName=ExampleHost1
LastDest=Automic
Host02=
Host03=ExampleHost2
Host04=ExampleHost3

Change to:

[HOST-Name List]
Host01=ExampleHost1
LastName=ExampleHost1
LastDest=Automic
Host02=ExampleHost2
Host03=ExampleHost3
