Service Desk Ticket is not generating for some alarms like Bad Link Detected

Issue:
In spectrum the ticket is not generating for some alarms like Bad Link Detected. Other than that the ticket is generating for all alarms.
Environment:
Spectrum 10.x
Resolution:
We need to include the interfaces explicitly to the Global Collection

Go to the device
Go to Interfaces Tab
Select the interfaces which you want a ticket to be generated
Right click and select Add To -> Global Collection
Now use this Global Collection in SDNotifier Filter

It will generate tickets for the alarms on interface
