"Service Desk Field"s are shown as null

Issue:
"Service Desk Field"s are shown as null and when trying to change them I only get error about "one or more fields have failed verification".
Fields are not available for selection and configuration change is impossible.
Probe version is 2.1T1.
I have tried to restart ppm, wasp (adminconsole, sdgtw etc probes, no changes in situation.
The probe seems to work though, alarms are sent to snow and they get the incident number etc. - except that I cannot make any changes to the configuration
Resolution:
There was "/" at the end of the URLs, as it is in the documentation (see below), but when we removed that one "/"'s, all the fields were there.

The following example provides sample properties for setting up ServiceNow connection:
URL * : https://<service-now.com>/ 
Username * : <servicenow-username> 
Password * : <servicenow -password> 
Client URL * : https://<service-now.com>/

Removing the trailing backslashes and restarting the probe solved the issue
