A user encounters an error when trying to run a custom CA PPM Jaspersoft Report in Advanced reporting. There could be an issue with the custom report files on the Jaspersoft server. To confirm the issue is happening with custom reports only test the OOTB reports. If the OOTB reports work then likely the issue is with the custom report files on the Jaspersoft server.
Re-import all custom files, including the jrxml and any jar files that the report depends on. If the custom report runs after re-importing then the report files got corrupt in the Jaspersoft server.
