Introduction:

Customer needs to configure a different Survey Template for each Tenant, to be sent in the Ticket closure.

Environment:
Service Desk Manager 14.1.x / 17
Instructions:

Steps to configure:

1. Create a new Survey Template for the specific Tenant. (Do not check the STRICTER RULES box)

2. Go to Administration > Service Desk > Incident/Request/Problem > Areas

3. For each Tenanted Area, modify the Survey field, and set the Survey Template for the specific Tenant

4. Go to Administration > Notifications > Activity Notification > Close > Survey Tab

5. Edit and check the 'Send Survey' box

6. Let the 'Survey Template' empty
