Second attempt for Forgot password in the portal fails

Issue:
An initial Forgotten Password Reset task generates a temporary password and user is able to login with this new password, as expeced.
When launching subsequent Forgotten Password Reset task (one after the other) - we get "request failed" error instead of receiving the generated password.

An attempt to run Forgotten Password Reset task for the same user a day later is working as expected.
 
Environment:
Identity Manager 14.0.1 CP6
Identity Portal 14.0.1
Cause:
Browser session is retaining unnecessary data
Resolution:
Use a brand new session / private browsing for the second password reset attempt to be working as expected.
