Search functionality fails with U0011700 Cannot find information for path '0400' error

U0011700 Cannot find information for path '0400'
The Search functionality does not work in client xxx. However, it works fine on all other clients on the same Automation Engine system.
To determine if you have this issue, perform the below steps:
Click File > Search
Enter any combination of filters
Results are returned.
The error pops up.
Root Cause: The folder is in the wrong OFS level.
Fix Status: No Fix
Complete the below steps to resolve this issue:
1. Open an Incident ticket with Support.
2. Provide the results to these SQL statements:
select * from oh where OH_Name = '0xxx'
(where xxx is the client #)
select * from ofs where OFS_OH_Idnr_f = 79 or OFS_OH_Idnr_O = 79
query for 79)
