Scheduled Infoview reports failed with error - deliverResultsToDestination failed.
BOXI with Service Desk integration
Try following to fix the problem
1. if the report name is too long:
1.1 Open problematic report in WEBI Rich Client
1.2 Save report with different name to Repository
1.3 Scheduling of report should now work.
2. if the FileStore path too long
If the file path was too long, move the FileStore to the root of the drive instead of within the Business Objects directory....CABI FileStore to a shorter Windows directory path..
2.1 CMC -> System Configuration Wizard -> next -> next -> next
Note down what values you have there both for Input and Output.
2.2 Change them to:
2.3 Next and Finish through. Once the wizard finishes, Stop Server Intelligence Agent via Central Configuration Manager and then Start it after it stops
3. Reboot BOXI server
4. If none of the outlined steps fixes the problem, open a Support case
