sdgtw probe is creating duplicate incidents in ServiceNow for one alarm

We're seeing duplicate incidents being created from the same UIM alarm in SDGTW.


This was related to incorrect field mappings. The field's were mapping to areas in ServiceNow that did not exist. Once the field mappings were deleted the issue was resolved.
