sdgtw Field Mappings show as NULL

Most of the time when opening the sdgtw configuration in admin console we get the Field Mappings part showing as "NULL".
All Service Desk Fields mappings are shown as "null". a reload of the browser session may fix the issue.
SDGTW 2.1T1 resolves this issue
