If I have two roles in CA Service Desk Manager defined with two different scoreboards, what can I do to achieve the same in the the XFLOW interface?

You can display a Scoreboard Query as a Custom Work Stream in the XFLOW interface. But displaying the Scoreboard Query as a work Stream is specific to the analyst, and is not role based.
