Introduction:

Scope of the DevTest Product Support Team is to deal with defects/potential defects of product features.

Respectfully, assistance with custom coding, providing code or classes not delivered with DevTest, is not in our scope of support as it varies for each customer.

It is an open avenue to get answers from multiple product users and SMEs.

We have CA Professional Services team that deals with such issues of custom coding through a paid engagement. You can reach out to them via your CA Account Manager or you can have Support do that on your behalf.
