While scheduling a BOXI reports with Destination as Email may fail with below error...

login error. [CrystalEnterprise.Smtp]: [SMTP Server does not support [Login] authentication protocol. Return code: [SMTP 530 - Authentication required.].]

Solution:

This error occurs if an IP Address is used in the email destination properties Host field. Use the FQDN of the mail server instead of IP address.
