Introduction:
Scheduled reports , which ran this morning have not delivered the emails or report attachments. There was no failure notice as well.
Instructions:



Enable the Account in Portal / Enable the Account in CA PPM / Enable the Account in Jaspersoft.

-Delete the Schedule Instance

-Create a new schedule instance

-Schedule the Report

-Report completed successfully and send the notification.
