SAREAS can't bring back SYSOUT on tape receiving the message 'No mount authority'.

 The user is trying to view a report that is on tape. When the report is selected, the user receives the message 'No mount authority'. 
SAREAS is up, but there is no request for the tape the report resides on. The user can view other reports on the same tape - SAREAS successfully calling in the tape. 

An LT does call in the tape and loads the report to disk in a TMP status. That falls off after the next backup. 



Using CA View SAREAS

 SARTSLST - /CHANGE and /DELETE cards.  Change the backup bit (BACKUP=OFF) on the reports that were on DASD so


The client will need to load the sysout(s) that are only-tape reports to disk, then run SARBCH /CHANGE ... BACKUP=OFF turning the backup indicator off, allowing for the report to be archived again properly. The sysout(s) should be available to be selected via SAREAS and viewable.
