This document helps to address the issue where in the process are not listed under system resources in Spectrum console.
1.Try running diagsysedge on a non-working machine and check the value for hrSystemProcesses
2. If the value for hrSystemProcesses is very high (something like 4294967295), which means the counter has reached to it max limit and did not get reset.
The range for hrSystemProcesses is 0 till 4294967295.
If it gets set to the maximum(4294967295) it is not getting reset automatically which seem to be causing this problem.
Try running LODCTR /R from a cmd prompt(running as administrator), this would reset the hrSystemProcesses.
Then try restarting SystemEdge service.
Now try running the diagsysedge again and see the value for hrSystemProcesses, it should some thing around 100.
Now check if you are able to list the processes under the system resources in Spectrum console.
