When trying to catalog a tape the job is failing with IGC17102I message and a NOT CATLGD 9 message.
If there is truly not a catalog error, such as a catalog not connected or defined incorrectly, and you do have access to the DSN that you are trying to catalog, you need to check ACF2 and make sure the following commands have been issue:
INSERT SAFDEF.CAS9ACF2 ID(CAS9ACF2) -
MODE(GLOBAL) RB(SVC026) REP
This will set up ACF2 to accept and process the security calls made by CA 1 when you have the CA 1 OCEOV option set to YES.
