When running any Jasper report that contains graphs, or any type of graphic the report will stay on the "Loading" page and never return.
This issue is caused by running Ad-Blocker within the browser like Firefox or Chrome.
The fix here is to disable the extension for the Jasperreports page, or disable the extension entirely.
CA tests all software with no 3rd party applications installed, including browser extensions and virus software.
