Question:

What are some troubleshooting steps to get User Groups under  RTTM in APM Working?

 

Answer:

Do the following steps:

  1. Verify if the RTTM Matcher in the APM Setup is configured correctly
  2. See if RTTM is configured and running on an operational Collector in the APM CE GUI under the Services Tab
  3. Check If btstatsconfig.xml on the <TIM HOME>/config directory has this setting.

        -<BTStatsConfig reportUserGroup="1" reportUrlPath="0" maxInstPerInterval="600" enabled="1">

    4. Check a btstats.xml file on the TIM and verify there is a statement that looks something like this with the user group name:
         <BtInstance count="integer" userGroup="group name"...  />

    5. In some cases, deleting the user group from the APM CE (CEM) GUI has resolved the issue.
