RSM: Publish CA Agile Central Status times out

When using CA Agile Central Support Manager (RSM), you may wish to bulk update all of the CA Agile Central associationsyou have to your Salesforce.com cases. To do this, you can use the Publish CA Agile Central Status button from the RSM Setup page.  Depending on the number of CA Agile Central associations you have, running this script may take some time. If you have many associations, you may see an error that looks like this:

Cause:

The back end script is inefficiently gathering a list of artifacts to retrieve statuses from.  In order to ensure the results returned within the Salesforce.com endpoint response times from the Winter 13 release, we reduced the batch size from 50 to 10.  If you have a large number of cases associated to CA Agile Central artifacts, this can take a few "OK"s to ensure a complete run.

Resolution:

Click OK.  If you receive this message again, click OK again.  The script will continue to run, and eventually you will see a success message like the one below:
