Rounding Issues with Multicurrency in PPM

Issue:
When calculating Cost in the Cost plan from one currency to another, we are not seeing the exact numbers and we suspect that system is doing the rounding on 2 decimal digit that is causing the difference in amount between expected and actual results. 
Resolution:
This can happen if 'Apply currency precision for rate/cost' is checked in PPM.  To check if this is the cause:

1. Log in to PPM as an Administrator
2. Go to Administration->Finance->Processing
3. Verify if 'Apply currency precision for rate/cost' is checked. Please note the following impact if you have this setting checked and then uncheck the setting as referenced in KB000027081

If you have this option checked, then subsequently uncheck it so that you are no longer using the currency precision, any transactions that are currently in the WIP tables or have been previously invoiced will not get automatically recalculated with the non-currency precision value. This will only apply to financial transactions that have not been posted. You may create WIP adjustments for any transactions that have not been invoiced by re-calculating the rates and costs before you invoice the transaction if you want to use the non-currency precision value.
