Rootcause search does not display all results

Issue:
We were using CA SDM v12.6 and are migrating it to R17.0.
Rootcause field is on the Problem form and is an hierarchical search field. If the value contains "/" in the rootcause field, its child elements are not displayed.

this is solved in 17.1
