When one of the users forwards action item emails to the process admin, she gets an error (below)when she clicks the link in the email. I get the same error. Both if us can navigate to the location that the link points to, but we get the error when we use the link. ERROR CAL-06038: You do not have necessary rights to view this action item.
In the old environment customer was referencing CA PPM URL by server name so when customer upgraded the link that was sent out to users had that URL to access the application.
In the new upgraded version they use DNS (entryUrl) when links generated in the email so customer had to re-sent new URL using correct DNS (entryUrl) name for users to use and they also had to clear their browser cache.
