Question:

Is there any way to retain the STATSTIME timestamp from the source rather than having it be set to the current date/time on the target when copying stats from source to target? The purpose being to know how old the stats really are.

Answer:

The STATSTIME displays the TIMESTAMP(date and time) column when RUNSTATS was last executed on any one partition. PSM does not have the ability to retain the STATSTIME timestamp from the source when you migrate stats from source to target.
