Restrict Analyst to select Close Status

Restrict Analyst to select Close Status.  They should always pick Resolved status and let the Autoclose function close the ticket.


This is possible by creating Data Partition Contraint.

For Example:

Constraint Type = View
Table = Cr_Status
Constraint = sym <> 'Closed'

Assign this constraint to the Analyst either at Contact level or at Access Type level.
