AXA Saas Customer is facing difficulty identifying the sessions that caused the threshold breach alert. When customer review the sessions/alerts, it is showing "days/hours ago" which makes very difficult to identify the sessions/alerts.
Customer would like to see the option of selecting date and time stamp v/s "days/hours ago" as it is showing currently in AXA.
There is a configurable property ( displayTimeStamp ) which can be set to true / false to display time in timestamp vs relative time but any change to this property needs restarting the server.
Please note that this flag is being used across multiple screens like Sessions , Transactions, Alerts , Http Errors page etc.
For AXA Saas customers, they need to open a support case to request to adjust the value of this property..
