Request for clarification - on why a particular query returns data and another one doesn't

Issue:
This query returns data:
SELECT RD_INDEX, rd_ref_value,rd_ref_value2,rd_ref_value3,rd_ref_value4 FROM DEIDENT_GRIDTOOLS.GTSRC_REFERENCE_DATA WHERE RD_REF_ID ='US ADDRESS' and RD_INDEX = DEIDENT_GRIDTOOLS.PART_HASH(122965, CAST('15 WOODSONG PL' AS VARCHAR(2000)),'N', 'N')

But this query does not return data:
SELECT RD_INDEX, rd_ref_value,rd_ref_value2,rd_ref_value3,rd_ref_value4 FROM DEIDENT_GRIDTOOLS.GTSRC_REFERENCE_DATA WHERE RD_REF_ID ='US ADDRESS' and RD_INDEX = DEIDENT_GRIDTOOLS.PART_HASH(122965, CAST('153 WOODSONG PL' AS VARCHAR(2000)),'Y', 'N')

Also another example:

This returns data:
SELECT RD_INDEX, rd_ref_value,rd_ref_value2,rd_ref_value3,rd_ref_value4 FROM DEIDENT_GRIDTOOLS.GTSRC_REFERENCE_DATA WHERE RD_REF_ID ='US ADDRESS' and RD_INDEX = DEIDENT_GRIDTOOLS.PART_HASH(122965, CAST('2712 COUNTY ROAD 22' AS VARCHAR(2000)),'Y', 'N')

This does not return data:
SELECT RD_INDEX, rd_ref_value,rd_ref_value2,rd_ref_value3,rd_ref_value4 FROM DEIDENT_GRIDTOOLS.GTSRC_REFERENCE_DATA WHERE RD_REF_ID ='US ADDRESS' and RD_INDEX = DEIDENT_GRIDTOOLS.PART_HASH(122965, CAST('27120 COUNTY ROAD 22' AS VARCHAR(2000)),'Y', 'N')

The only difference in them is the address that is provided. Simply taking one of the numbers off, and it works. THAT does not make sense.
Resolution:
Looks like some of the seed data got corrupted Here are the suggested steps to resolve this issue:
  1. Please ask CA Support for TERADATA_SEED_DATA.zip
  2. Clear down your existing gtsrc_reference_data table
  3. Re-import the data from the zip file via the supplied batch script.
  4. In the batch script and config file, make sure to edit the database name to your database.
  5. Re-test and verify that it is resolved.
