JOBS / SCRI reports are truncated if they contain a string with ']]>' characters.

Investigation

1 . Create any executable object (JOBS / SCRI) that prints the ']]>' characters. For instance a SCRI object that contains ":PRINT ]]]> This part will be truncated in the report "

2.  Save the object and run it.

3. Go to Last Report > Activation to view the report : it should be OK.

In some cases, the report is truncated in the Automic Web Interface (AWI), but not in the Java User Interface.

4. Now go to directory and download the report:

5. Open the report in a text editor: only the first 2 ']]' characters have been kept. The rest of the string has disappeared.

Root Cause: The content of files that are downloaded via the Report / Directory tab is cut off, if the report contains CDATA section (for example "]]>"). This applies to every report type of all executable objects.
