Patch level detected:Reporter 4.0.00
Incorrect time in the Reporter database for the extraction time(1 hour delay) compared to the system time when the extraction was actually done, and the timestamp  on Report has also 1 hour delay.

Environment:
OS: All
OS Version: ALL OS
Cause:
Cause type:
Other
Root Cause: There could be an issue with the Java Virtual Machine(JVM) installed on the machine where Reporter server is installed. It is possible that the JVM is still using the Winter time. Please note that the TimeStampExample.class is not used by the Reporter server, so if the result is different from the actual system time, the issue is on the JVM or system settings.
Resolution:
As a possible solution, please try the following:
  • On the machine where Reporter server is installed, please make sure the "Automatically Adjust Clock for Daylight Saving Time" is checked. You may need to restart the machine. Then, run again the TimeStamp and see if the issue remains.
If the issue remains, please check with your system administrator as to why the JVM is producing a different date result.
