Report won't run in Advanced Reporting receive this error "An error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator. (6632)"

CA PPM JASPERSOFT:PPMJSP
The report containing some charts works well in Jaspersoft Report Studio but when the report is published and executed from the CA PPM server via Advanced Reporting it does not work. It generates this error:
"An error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator. (6632)"
Steps To reproduce:
1. Log into CA PPM
2. From the menu at the top click on 'Home'
3. Select 'Advanced Reporting'
4. Set up a new report containing a few charts
Expected Result: For the report to run and produce data.
Actual Result: Receive this error message:-
The server has encountered an error. Please excuse the inconvenience.
An error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator. (6632)"
CA PPM v15.4.x, v15.5.x,
Please try simplifying the report page and try to remove a couple of objects if necessary from the report.
