Identity Virtual Appliance Report Server Connection task Test Connection running to Error: [Connection] Cannot establish connection successfully

Issue:

We have a CA Identity Suite vApp 14.1 environment and we are trying to integrate with a Jasper 6.3 server.

We fully followed the instruction on https://docops.ca.com/cim141/installing/install-and-configure-ca-business-intelligence-jasperreports-server/ 

However when we run 'Report Server Connection' task and click the Test Connection, we get the following error prompt:
Error: [Connection] Cannot establish connection successfully

In server.log we can see the following messages

2018-03-07 00:45:41,479 INFO [com.ca.ims.jasperreporting.JasperUtils] (default task-28) trying to generate jasper token for user imadmin

2018-03-07 00:45:41,505 ERROR [com.ca.ims.jasperreporting.JasperUtils] (default task-28) Exception occoured while getting the Reports from a folder reports in JasperImpl.getReportsListFromFolder(). Exception details are com.ca.ims.jasperreporting.JasperException: imadmin is Unauthorized to access the resource.Full authentication is required to access this resource

2018-03-07 00:45:41,505 DEBUG [ims.tmt.tabhandler] (default task-28) JScript returned false

Environment:
CA Identity Suite Virtual Appliance 14.1
Cause:
By default vApp doesn't use /opt/CA/IdentityManager/IAM_Suite/IdentityManager/tools/JasperKeyGen/keystore​/iam.jks.
 
Resolution:
Copy the right version of iam.jks, /opt/CA/wildfly-idm/modules/com/ca/iam/cajasper/main/iam.jks, to Jasper server and restart Jasper server service.
