Question:
Using the classic Workflow Tasks , when reopening a previous Completed Task, sometimes the following Tasks, that were already completed too,  change their status to Reopen-Wait,  and sometimes they remain with status Completed.
i.e.
Having Workflow Tasks as :
Task 1 -- > Completed
Task 2 -- > Completed
Task 3 -- > Completed
Task 4 -- > Pending

If in this situation , the Task 2 is reopened then the Task 3 go to status Reopen-Wait and I want they remain as Completed
Environment:
Service Desk Manager 14.1
Service Desk Manager 17
Answer:
Following with same example:
i.e.
Having Workflow Tasks as :
Task 1 -- > Completed
Task 2 -- > Completed
Task 3 -- > Completed
Task 4 -- > Pending

If in this situation , the Task 2 is reopened, the following already Completed Tasks (Task 3) will change its status or not depending on if it has as one of its possible status, the  Reopen-Wait one :

So, when reopening a previous Task , the following already completed Tasks will remain Completed or not depending on:

- IF the Task is Completed but HAS as a possible status the Reopen-Wait one,
THEN this Task which were already Completed will CHANGE to status Reopen-Wait

BUT

- IF the Task is Completed but HAS NOT as a possible status the Reopen-Wait one,
THEN this Task which were already Completed will KEEP the Completed status.
