Flowdock - Remove an account from a Flowdock organization

Question:
A customer wishes to remove a user (in this case an administrative user) from a Flowdock organization.  Support is not authorized to perform this action.  What does the customer need to do to remove the user(s)?
Answer:
Provide the customer with a list of Flowdock administrators for that organization; email addresses and names.  The customer will need to have one of those Flowdock administrators remove the user(s). 

NOTE: Support can delete users but not remove them.  Deleting a user is permanent, removing a user will not delete them.
