To get around this problem for now, please set the following changes in the config policy for agents running Windows 10 1709.
The key point is to change the "Video capture mode" to polling. However, this will slow down the performance of a connection. Therefor we would recommend the following changes, which should improve the overall performance with Remote control capture mode set as polling, the following configuration parameters has to be set on domain policy, which can be pushed to RC Host machine (Agents)

Following additional changes has to be made in RC Viewer side properties,
Maximum number of bitmaps to cache (bytes) -> 65536
maximum size of the bitmaps cache (bytes) -> 268435456
Viewer data compression strength -> Extra compression
