  A user goes to https://www.ca.com/us/trials.html to register for a trial for CA Digital Experience Insights.
After filling out all the fields, it gives a message informing: 

We’re sorry. Thank you for your request.
According to our records, you previously registered for this product and your access has expired. Please call us at 1-800-225-5224 (US) so we can get you started.
Answer:
  The email address that the user entered had been used before for a trial and had expired.  User will need to use a different email address to register for another trial.
