The Adaptive Processing Server service is not running and/or is disabled
1. Log into Central Management Console (CMC) with Administrator credentials
2. Go to Servers > Nodes > Click on Node
3. Right-Click on <Hostname>.AdaptiveProcessingServer > Restart Server if the server is running or Start Server if the server is not running.
4. Enable the server if it's disabled
5. Log off from Web Intelligence and Log into the application and open the report.
If the issue remains, restart all running services from Central Configuration Manager.
