Below error message could be seen while opening a Web Intelligence report type (WebI) from "BI Launch Pad" at browser:

Trying to schedule the report also not works. One way to view the report is try opening it in "Web Intelligence Rich Client" tool.

It is possible that CA Service Desk Manager ODBC 64 bit driver is corrupted or not properly installed at CA Business Intelligence (BOXI) server.
Web Intelligence Rich Client and BI Launch Pad will use 32 and 64 ODBC drivers, hence it is required to have both of them working at BOXI server.
Since the problem could be related to ODBC 64 driver not properly working, first validate it from BOXI server by opening Windows ODBC Data Sources (64-bit) and checking under System DSN tab if there is an entry similar to "casd_<SDM hostname>" having the "CA Service Desk Manager(OA ODBC 64Bit)" driver type defined.

If it is presented any error in this step, it will be needed to reconfigure BOXI by running the setup from CABI DVD media again, then choosing the option "CA Business Intelligence Configuration for CA Service Desk manager" to configure CA Business Intelligence on the computer where it was installed.

Files and folders should then be properly placed under the ODBC (64-bit) Install Location folder selected during BOXI configuration (by default "C:\Program Files\CA\SC\CASD_ODBC").
