Recreated role can't see advanced search

Question:
I deleted and recreated a role in Unicenter Asset Portfolio Management 11.3.4. After recreating the role the users can not see advanced searches.
Answer:
Log in as an administrator and go to the Advanced Search tab. 
Open a report the role should have access to.

Under Edit Search properties check the box for the role.. 
Save.
If the user still can not see the search, log out, restart the UAPM cache service and retest.
