Receiving error message in OneClick "Unable to render topology" for non administrator users in OneClick

Description:

When logging in with non admin user getting an Unable to render topology error but the same is working fine with an Admin user login

Solution:

Please ensure that Chassis Manager is enabled for the non Administrator users as if there are devices with Chassis present Spectrum will not be able to render the topology.

In OneClick client go to users tab, Select non admin user

In contents panel click on Access

In Component Detail under Privileges tab, Click on Add/Remove Privileges

Expand Explorer Views, Enable Chassis Manager

Click on ok
Now open OneClick console with the non-admin user and verify that the topology renders successfully.
